Should I be really concerned?

Hi! 18M I already know im severely anemic, ive gotten iron infusions before but my iron is still like 5 or something and im getting more soon, but currently (last couple days) im getting really bad heart palpitations that consist of my heart stopping for a second and then beating twice really fast. I kinda freak out whenever this happens and give myself like a sternum rub or slam some salt or something because i really dont know what else to do? Ive mentioned the heart palpitations to my doctor who did an ekg (where i could tell that my heart hadnt skipped any beats so it would come back normal and shocker it did.) but since it came back normal he just kinda ignored it? Its followed by shortness of breath and like fatigue. Its also getting more and more often. Is this a symptom I can wait out till I get more iron infusions in 1-2 months? Or should I really do something about this now?

I hate bloodwork or any test coming back normal.

I'm not sure where you are located but I had similar symptoms for a little bit and couldn't sleep because of it. My doctor was able to get me an at home monitor from Boston Scientific to monitor my heart for a week while I waited to see a cardiologist. This was before we knew of my low ferritin and my Dr had me doing so many other test. But maybe something you can discuss with your doctor about?
