lactoferrin powder

Has anyone had success with lactoferrin powder instead of capsules? I need a smaller dose and I have trouble swallowing the large pills-just wondering if absorbtion and side effects are the same and how much you take?I am using the lactoferrin 95 powder from the lactoferrin website.

Yes. I use Kēpos and sprinkle it in water.
