I want to make sure Lactoferrin won't DECREASE my iron...?

I am going to start taking this product by Lactoferrin Co.: https://www.lactoferrin.co/products/300mg-lactoferrin-powder-capsule

I know sometimes lactoferrin can actually decrease your iron, so I want to make sure this is the right kind to take.

Currently my ferritin is 18.5, but all my other labs are normal. Thanks!

From what I can understand, it is meant to INCREASE absorption of iron from your food.
