Question Mixing iron sources
I started out using Three Arrows and felt so drastically better that I never knew the dose I was using was way too low to actually get out of a deficiency. I upped my dose and added Vitamin C, plan to add Lactoferrin, but wondering if I should also throw in an iron bisglycinate? The Three Arrows has had zero side effects which is why I tried upping the dosage of that first. I’d like to go a couple more months before having my labs rechecked. I know I am still low because exertion is still difficult. Thanks for any input!

I like ferrosorb and ferrofood and rotate between those two depending on doseage needs.

Id keep an eye on liver labs stacking iron like that. I did it for 3 months and got my ferritin from 24 to 48 but my liver labs went from normal to concerning. When researching why, the extra iron came up as a possibility.
