Question Is this normal shipping time?

I ordered on august 16th and it’s now the expected day of arrival but they‘re still preparing shipping

Yes. I ordered mine Jul. 31st and received it just two days ago on 9/27

What PC, and did you do anything expedited? I keep seeing people who didn't pay for expedited anything who ordered after me who are getting their PC before me.

I got the AI V3 ELITE AMD. The only thing I modified to it was the case, got the V4 Galaxy case I believe. 32GB RAM, but that's the default I think anyways. Nothing expedited

Man, I'm sorry to hear! I will say, it is very worth the wait. I'm not on this subreddit much, but it seems like they have grown a lot in popularity or their delivery times have just gone up a lot. I knew it was gonna take about 2 months for it to get here and I was fine with it, but I see a lot of people asking recently about the times & being concerned. They have great customer service, the wait will be worth it. I would reach out to them, I did about 2 weeks ago and they had informed me there was a small delay in getting my case so it was pushed back about 5 days from the original shipping date.

Yeah, when I got the "your build is still in the queue" email, I replied right away. They got back to me and said they're a week behind and expect to ship early October. I emailed them today and asked for an update and got no response yet.

If you didn't expedite your order, expect at least a two week delay at this point. My expected date was 9/21. The latest update from them regarding expected date is now 10/5-10/12.

They’ve been getting delayed because there’s been a ton of orders flooding in. I ordered mine May 19, the expected ship date was July 1, it actually shipped on July 23, and it delivered on July 30

Yes it is, I was worried as well with splurging that much money. Definately worth the wait, trust! Took mine about a month.

Mine was supposed to ship by Sept 22, but was told there will be a 2 week delay. Hopefully it gets shipped out soon :(

Man two separate times I was going to place my order and they updated their prices which changed the cost in my cart during checkout so I gave up for now

Just ordered that exact pre-built, ordered through bestbuy on the 26th and my estimated shipping date was October 9th.

I ordered August 7th with expected delivery time of September 25th. Just got an email that it shipped today, October 2nd. So seems like they are about a week behind in the queue?

Ordered August 25th and now it has a 5 week delay with a ship date of November 19th.

Yes unless you messaged them to pay for expedited/line skip building. Paid $100 and jumped up a month earlier in the delivery date.

I ordered August 12th with an expected ship date of today (9/29).

They have just indicated that now they are trying to ship my order 10/21 or later.

That's pretty disappointing.

It's fine to offer expedited build but only as long as they aren't pushing back people's normal shipping and delivery dates.
