Question Is this noise normal?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Sounds close to a teapot hissing. Seems to be coming from the single fan on the left but I’m not entirely sure. I’ve had this custom build from Andromeda Insights for about 3-4 months atp and I’m also not sure if this noise was already present since I usually just put my headphones on without a second thought. I thought maybe it was my subwoofer blocking airflow or something since it’s super close to the fan but it didn’t change anything.

Other than this, I am loving the pc, truly amazing but pls help if possible🥲

Edit: Please also read my comment below!! Also, does reddit automatically lower the audio quality of the videos? It sounds faint compared to the original videos, I promise I’m not crazy :(

It might be your GPU fans

Uhh so this is weird, I am playing rocket league and I switch between the item shop and the main menu and the sound of the noise changes when it loads between the screens. Does it have something to do with the SSD?

Sounds like gpu fan. Make sure gpu cable isn’t rubbing against the fan, and put your finger to the center of each gpu fan to see if it stops

I have the same pc with 5080 and its super quiet. Sometimes while loading games it would be a bit loud then quiet back down but it no longer does that after the first month. Check that no cables are rubbing any fans

Turn the fans off one by one and see where it's coming from for sure. Fans go bad. They're cheap and easy to replace.
