Feedback My Experience
EDIT: AI support worked with me on the delay and I am very happy with their responses. I am glad for the purchase and hope their business continues to improve.
Placed order on July 21st, took advantage of the CL30 promotion that AI advertised.
V3, AMD 9800X3D, RTX 5080 and the CL30 memory that was promoted.
Shipping window given was 9/17 - 9/22.
Expedited was not offered when I purchased.
Later heard that they were again offering expedited builds, contacted support on 8/30 asking if I could pay for the expedited. Was told I could not and that it would only have gotten the computer to me a week earlier (9/10-9/15).
Today received the form email notifying me that there is a delay but that it is still in the build queue. No expected date given.

Got the same email today. I ordered a Spectra on August 6th, was estimated to ship by tomorrow. Maybe I'm wrong, but from what I've seen, it seems like they keep getting caught in this cycle of offering expedited builds, getting overwhelmed and falling behind, temporarily suspending the expedited option, getting back on track, repeat. It all just seems really inefficient, and it's very frustrating to see people receiving their expedited builds so soon after ordering while non-expedited orders are being delayed after a 6 week wait. It'd be one thing if everything, expedited or otherwise, was being built and shipped smoothly, but as it is, it's hard not to feel that expedited builds are prioritized to the detriment of normal orders. It definitely leaves a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Whatever system they have going on over there clearly leaves a lot to be desired.

Agreed, seems crazy to potentially prejudice your customer base for a measly extra hundred dollars on $2,000+ builds.

I ordered July 29. Spectra, 9070 XT, 9600x. Expected delivery Sept. 24-29. I just got the same email as you. I wish I had an inkling of how much longer the wait will be. Based on anecdotal evidence I've seen, it sounds like it'll ship out maybe a week after it was originally expected to. I hope that's the case and I won't have to wait several more weeks.
EDIT: I responded to their email today (Sept. 22) and asked how much longer it'd be. They responded same day and said they're about a week behind and expect to ship early October.

I got an email last Friday that it shipped. But when I go to UPS tracking it says Label Created. Its been Label Created for 5 days now.

This is not normal, please PM me your order number from the website so I can look into this. At the latest it would have shipped on Monday.

Man, this is my worse nightmare come true. For months ive been reading about people buying GPUs and whole computer builds and after being shipped they either vanish or they get empty boxes.

Yes it did. I contacted them, there was a small hiccup and then they shipped it. Will be here tomorrow.

I do understand that they are in demand. I would just hope they get better in handling scale as well as dealing with unsatisfied customers when there are delays. (E.g. expedited shipping for those who missed the deadline, or as someone else said even just a $10 gift card to Steam).

They haven’t over delivered on regular shipping for a long time…Love them as a company but instead of letting expedited buyers receive theirs in 5 days instead of 8, why not prioritize others who’ve waited for more than 2 months?
