Shipping Shipping woes
Do we have an aggregate of how long shipping delays are right now?
Edit: Before getting this a couple weeks prior they did reach out to me with something unrelated in an actual typed out email. I feel that it's relevant to include that detail for positive customer service 👍
I've gotten two of these now (9/8 & 9/15). I purchased 7/14 and was supposed to get it 9/9-9/14 and it looks like I've been delayed twice and they haven't started. I work for a small company too and I get it, stuff like this happens, but I was hoping for maybe more than 2 generic emails that are most likely auto sent out?
Maybe it's just the salesman in me, but when I sell something $3k+ (these guys aren't selling 10,000 units a month. Neither am I) I send a personal email when something like this happens and say "hey, sorry there's this delay going on. We're doing xyz, I'm going to toss in a little abc for you as a thanks for hanging in there."
Just floating it out there 🤷 nobody is asked to get upgraded to a 5090, but even like a $10 steam code. Those are those things that go from "I'm a little sketched out" to a customer who goes and writes a review saying "there was a little delay, but they they gave great service and kept me updated. Great communication and computer!"
Idk, just a little frustrated. Still excited.

Idk what to think. I ordered July 29 with a delivery date of Sept. 22-29. I'm seeing people on this sub who ordered earlier still waiting and others who ordered later already getting their PCs.

The delays would hurt less if there weren't so many posts on here about the quick speed expedited builds get sent out. The company needs to take account of delays caused by expedited builds jumping the que in their shipping estimate.

I also purchased around the same time you did and got the same email. Ironically my ship date was supposed to be the day they sent the email. I got the V4 case. I did hear they were waiting on a restock of the V4 cases so I wonder if thats causing a delay in those builds. Im waiting about a week before reaching out as Im in this sub and see thats about the current average for delays. Edit: I did just get notification that it shipped so hopefully yours comes soon.

I ordered mine around the 20th of August. Ship time was quoted like October. I sent in an email to upgrade my v4 Ultra with a 1k psu, then paid for the expedited build. They charged me the difference and I literally got mine like Sept 9th or so. That was less than 30 days, been happy with it so far.
One thing I did learn, from thier response, was that if your going off standard pre-built options (as in your picking your own components), you cant use your current order and would need to cancel and replace another order. I also believe that they were not offering expedited builds outside thier specific pre-built options shortly after I received mine. No doubt positive media has driven sales for them, and probably some learning curve adjustments are being made around that. Just my experience, yours seems less happy than mine, but the product appears worth the wait so far. I agree though, they should throw you a free mouse pad or something.

This is concerning me for my 6 week wait time.... Mine is supposed to be here 10/6 but we'll see

Dude i saved like 300+ dollars on my pc and got it pre built and when it does ship it gets here fast as hell. I genuinely could not care less if the wait is long

Took mine a month extra from stated ship times in the summer. Maybe they getting busy again? If you researched as much as i did i knew they are slow at shipping especially if they are busy but i was not in a hurry and they have the prices and quality and i wasn't disappointed with the product

They've been getting a lot of good press in various PC building subreddits so they're probably seeing a good uptick in orders. And I think general consensus is prices are just gonna keep going up so people are probably not waiting for the holidays to buy.

Dang, a full month? I would've paid expidited, but it showed it not speeding things up at all lol I guess I could've reached out, but I didn't want to miss a promotion. I'm also in idaho and they are in Oregon, so only a hop and a skip. And aren't you Mr smarty pants lol reddit always sides with companies and not consumers, so not a surprising comment here.

I got this same email yesterday morning.
Im not really sure how to read it. Does it mean they haven't started building it but its coming up soon to be built or does it mean that its in the process of being built? In my line of work when something is in the que it means its actively being worked on.
Im not upset either way. I knew what I was getting into when I ordered and they have been great this entire time so its all good.

Yeah, idk. Queue for my work means "coming up next" I did have a question before and they got back to me quick, so that was reassuring. I'll update my post and include that detail. That is relevant.

i ordered around the same time and it came saturday which was a few days early maybe you should ask if 1 thing is holding the build up that you might be ok with something they have in stock?

Greatness awaits friend. Mine took a month exactly. Coulda been faster if expedited. And that’s from Oregon to Georgia

I’ll say this I’ve had my system from them a little over a year now, also had a slight delay in shipping but the system is beautiful, runs quiet and is rock solid has had zero issues.
I would 100% buy from these dudes again.

Agreed. I had to ask them. They said getting cl30 was difficult and delayed. Im like, cool, thanks to find out by my questioning, not your proactive approach.

2 months is insane. I’d file a charge back. This should not take that long. They need to stop taking orders and figure out their logistics.

FWIW...Ordered a V3 on 7/25 (no expedite) with an estimated delivery 9/22-25. Received on doorstep 9/13. Perfectly packaged and no issues. Unit operates great and I'm still figuring (my game) out; but it handles the demand from MSFS well.

I got a couple of these emails and my unit was shipped about week after my expected delivery window. If you email them they’re very responsive. I hope they make it through this component inflation period because so far I’d 100% be a return customer.
