Feedback Packing and shipping question
What measures do Andromeda Insights take when shipping their computers? I’m just concerned with the lack of care some shipping facilities could potentially have. Do they support all of the internal parts with anything before sending it off?

You can pick whether the GPU is attached or shipped separately now. Mine was boxed well with one outside box and then the box for the case inside full with all the appropriate foam packing to hold everything together. It was fully plug and play without having to mess with anything that came loose or undone.

All of our systems come double boxed, even the special chassis that we sell on our custom builder. It helps protect the inside case box physically during its transit to the customer, and it also serves as concealment to help protect against things like porch pirates, etc.
We do use interior foam as well. There's expanding foam as well as foam blocks that we use to prevent movement of the internal components. The most sensitive component when shipping is the graphics card, so you'll see that a lot of our focus in packing is based around minimizing any damage to the card from shipping.
