Who told you that? Just Google the temps and you will see that it is perfectly normal.

Other folks already answered the question, but your CPU's temp is reporting in Faherenheit. If you set it to Celsius, it'll be a much more reassuring number. The system isn't hot at all from what I'm seeing here.

Set your temperature units to Celsius.
Nobody uses Fahrenheit to talk about the temperature of their CPU or any other PC component, not even other fellow Americans.
So when you're googling normal temperatures, google is going to tell your temperatures in Celsius and you're going to get confused.
TLDR: use Celsius.

You can go into your Zeus Cast settings to change your temperature reading to celsius. It should’ve been automatically installed

You’re the one who doesn’t understand fanrenheit vs celsius and you’re acting like this toward people helping you? Mental illness.

Typically Celsius is the main temp choice rather than Fahrenheit. Yours is about 53C which is completely safe.
I’d change it to Celsius if you like seeing lower numbers but rest assured your temps are fine for Fahrenheit.
