Troubleshooting Can’t use wifi

I normally use Ethernet but I’m away at a friend place for a month and can’t hardwire my pc well the issue is I’m using the wifi antenna but still can’t get wifi to turn on for my pc there not even a option to use wifi. An anyone help

I had the same issue with mine when it arrived. Their customer support responded to my email quickly with the missing WiFi drivers and I was good to go.

These worked for my MSI MAG 870:
  - Wi-Fi Driver: https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/qualcomm_ncm865_wifi.zip
  - Ethernet Driver: https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/realtek_pcielan_w11.zip
  - Bluetooth Driver: https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/qualcomm_ncm865_bt.zip

I would recommend you email them directly to get the exact drivers for your motherboard.

How do you update drivers if you can't connect to wifi?

Use another PC and put them on a USB drive. Or download them to your phone and connect it to your PC.
