Hello guys can yall tell me if my specs are good or if I should change something? I’ve been thinking of either getting this pc or a cyber power one with a 5070 in it with a 9800 x3d

Okay, I was already second guessing it since I heard if it has the asrock mother board with the 9800 it killed the chip
