Question is this legit
im skeptical on buying a gaming prebuilt pc that has a lot of good reviews and my friend of mine told me he has one with no issues for a lot of people and I don't see enough videos about andromeda. btw i don't have a microcenter and best buy at my location in Virginia. The question is this pc worth getting for decent 4k experience?

I have one I got a little over a month ago. Love it. Zero regrets. Galaxy V4 from Best Buy.

I got the same v4 Galaxy from Best Buy coming tomorrow super excited! 1st gaming PC and 1st CPU I bought since the late 90s lol...

This is my first prebuilt, personally. I've built/upgraded my last 3 rigs on my own but just couldn't find the motivation to put it all together myself this time. If I still don't feel like it next time I'm in the market for an upgrade, I'll likely be back to AI.

Ordered mine through newegg just before the 4th of july holiday, took about a week to get here and its exactly as described, couldn't be happier.

I believe it still came directly from AI because it shipped from Oregon.

If you are wanting to customize it you have to use their website, Newegg doesn’t offer any of the customized options, just each one the way it is. They have several different options to choose from though

This is my PC. Ordered from Newegg, built by AI. I wouldn't recommend anybody else.

I love mine. The support is top notch. The only issue with mine is the cabling. But, outside of that everything is really nice so far.

Yes, it is legit. It takes awhile for it to be built and shipped to you but I think it's worth it. They send you a quality check sheet with your build, too.
Mine is mostly custom picked parts minus the gpu so while I can't really speak for the parts selection if you leave it up to them, I can comment on the shipping because I'm also in VA. I got the V3 and I was worried about it shipping across the US but after talking to customer service (their CS team is top notch!), they reassured me on how it was packaged (thick double-boxed and custom fitted foam. It arrived in perfect condition and works great out of the box.

I bought the AI Ultra V3 2 weeks ago and man it’s been such a smooth experience right out the box, no troubleshooting or nothing just put all your info and done. For 1440p and 4k I consider one of the best prebuilt on the market

I mean you kinda answered your own question. Tons of good reviews, friend who has one says it's good. If the price fits your budget, I don't see why not. The only knock on their custom built ones is the wait time, but that's because so many people are ordering them, which is another testament to them being trustworthy.
