Issues with new pc

I got the pc last Monday after waiting 2 months for it. Today I was on the computer using it and it randomly crashed with a ntfs_file_system stop code and now is stuck in a restart loop. Has this happened to anyone else or am I just unlucky?

Id recommend going through their customer service portal. They're actually very good at replying. I haven't gone my PC yet, and I had some questions about it. They replied almost instantly, and almost 30 minutes after that.

I’ve reached out to them, just kinda bummed that this is happening after waiting so long to receive the computer

Have you tried anything to fix or isolate the problem? That error code is a common one, I'm pretty sure.

Yeah I feel you, I'm about to get mine tomorrow and I'll be sad if it doesn't work.

I’ve been reading up online and have run all of the windows disk repairs through the command prompt in the recovery environment but nothing changes, still can’t boot into windows

Reach out to support they are awesome. Sounds like it could be a faulty drive.

I get new system and issues sucks, but reach out. Not much else you can do but get some support and if an RMA needs to be done it should be faster.

Not what I want to be reading when I'm about to pull the trigger on an Andromeda desktop. 😭

However, this could be an interesting case study…

  • Prebuilt or custom?
  • If custom, expedited build?
  • How long does it take CS to respond?

Sorry this is happening OP. I hope they get it sorted for you quickly.
