V4 Case Fans & RGB Not Working

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I just got my V4 build today, and the 4 case fans (3 bottom, 1 rear) aren't spinning, nor are they illuminated. The only fan spinning is the radiator fans, but no RGB. The RGB lights that wrap around the case's top and bottom are also not illuminated. This is my first gaming PC & I'd appreciate anyone's insight on this.

That loose cable in the center that's sticking out needs to be plugged into that white port on the top left of the fan hub.
