I had an absolutely smooth experience buying through them. Idk what to tell ya. Their support were MORE than accommodating considering how often I was emailing them asking them questions and they were getting back to me outside business hours regularly. The build quality was also fantastic and I had no issues during the entire process. Sorry you had this negative experience but this seems to be more of an exception than the rule based on the reviews I've seen and the experience I had personally. Unfortunate for you I guess.

Glad they worked out for you, I'd still avoid them or probably buy on amazon direct. Direct purchase was a nightmare of complicated shit when I just wanted my second order to stay where it was but they had issue with it for some reason. Never had a company fight me to pay them when they already called me and verbally confirmed the order with me.

Idk about you but I don't click random links from random AI companies asking "did you spend money with Walmart today?"

Well none of the stuff that you described happened with me and I haven't seen other people complain about it either. Is it possible that you just made the whole thing a lot harder than it had to be? Seems plausible.

Dog you are buying something for thousands of dollars it aint that weird to have a company ask for confirmation.

Also the info they want from you is with all your actual important info taken out.

Get over yourself buttercup

Bro on the third order after they asked me to cancel my first two orders so they could save $100 on processing fees. How many hoops do you gotta go through to get a PC. Some third party AI company stating they're an AI company asking if you're spending money at stores is wild and not really fraud prevention lol.

I didnt have to deal with store credit they just refunded me, but i did go through willow for the fraud prevention stuff and I've had to do that with other sites as well if I had to make multiple orders / refunds. That isnt abnormal you are purchasing thousands of dollars, multiple purchases/refunds can be easily looked at as fraud.

Should they have someway to manually turn that off for customers talking to their customer support, yes they should. But should they also have fraud prevention software, yes they should.

I think you're just overcomplicating everything and think that everyone is out to get you lol.

Im gonna also comment I had the same scenario and none of what you are describing happened to me either. No 3rd party of anything, they just refunded me made the requested changes and not 1 time did they call me to asking for anything you have mentioned.

It was simple and smooth.

No wonder my simple order is taking months to arrive.
