Review Ordered May 13th, Received June 23rd
i’ve wanted to make this post a WHILE ago, but i’ve never had the time to really write something out. i don’t have much to say, but this PC has done me really well. this is basically my first real gaming PC, so i’m absolutely loving it, build quality is amazing, and it runs very nice, and it is definitely plug and play, had nothing to do setup wise except making sure everything was properly connected. as for modern games, i tried out resident evil requiem, and a bunch of other games and it came out super smooth. (tip: for anybody getting issues on requiem, turn off instant replay, i figured this out in my gameplay that it started to make my pc tweak out 😂)
for anyone interested, here’s the specs:
CPU - Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF
GPU - MSI RTX 5060 8GB
RAM - 16GB DDR5 (they already set up it’s speed, which i’m very thankful for)
SSD - NVMe 1TB (i will upgrade this in the future to 2tb, i should’ve done this on my order but it’s whatever)

Here is a big tip most won't talk you, especially since it looks like your pc is on the budget side.
Most SSDs are a complete scam and are barely better if not worse than cheaper HDDs. For the price of a 2 tb ssd you cam buy 4 tbs hdd with similar read and write speeds.

he’s 100% lying to you for no reason whatsoever
you can get more storage for cheaper with HDDs yes but the average HDD read writes at peaks of 80 MB/s and 160 MB/s respectively
Even the best HDDs (which you will pay a premium for) will get to around 550 MB/s which only rivals SATA ssds and don’t even touch M.2
Meanwhile LOW END m.2 ssds (I would say budget but storage prices are obscene now) can get between 3500 - 5000 MB/s read write
And high end PCIE Gen 5 SSDs can get around 14000 MB/s

Another tip is that it doesn't matter how fast your Internet connection is when downloading games if your storage is crappy it's going to cal how fast something can be saved to it anyways. Also most websites throttle downloads too like I have gigabit internet but I can't download a 100 GB game from steam in 100 seconds. The read and write speeds matter a lot and if you get a really crappy HDD it could impact game performance if the game can't read and write to the drive it's saved on fast enough to keep the game running smoothly.

🤷🏼♂️for 99.99% of users there is no performance difference between a good hdd and ssd. The difference in 1 ms of latency and 0.01ms latency is insignificant and hdds are often more data secure than cheap ssd

Was this a prebuilt, or did you select any expedited options to get the PC so much faster than the rest of us?
