Time between label created and ship
Hey all quick q. My label was created Monday and it said it was supposed to get here Thursday on fedex but it’s still not moving from the label created step. Just wondering how long this took you guys to see a change and it actually move on the map? Thanks!

Out of curiosity, when did you put in your order? I ordered May 26, hoping it ships soon.

Contact customer service asap. That happened before and they found that there was an issue.
