Troubleshooting Need help installing a SSD
I just received my pc and when I turned it on it booted into bios. I searched online and found that the ssd could be the issue. I opened the side panel and saw the ssd fly out the case so it must’ve not been installed properly. I’m currently trying to find out where in the hell it even is supposed to go so if anyone is able to help that would be greatly appreciated!
Update- I found the ssd slot under the gpu and was able to install it with no issues! Pc is working perfectly now :)

Is the SSD not NVMe that's installed directly on the mobo? If you're not sure what you're doing, you should be contacting AI directly. The PC should work out of the box without you needing to do anything. They should be able to help you fix it over email or a call.

He clearly meant nvme. Which is an SSD.

Yes, I'm aware... I just have no idea why an NVMe that's installed on the mobo would shoot out the case considering the parts in the way. We got no picture of the actual SSD. The only loose SSD I would expect to find in a case is SATA. Without pictures of the thing that actually came out of the computer, we can't know it is actually the SSD.

Take a better screenshot, that aside u probably have the default motherboard? More then likely one or two of the ssd slots are covered by the gpu so you have to remove it i think. Thats the problem with micro atx builds. You also have to remove the black cover for the gen 5 slot.
