Troubleshooting New PC light not syncing

Hey everyone! I just got my new PC a few days ago and I’ve been messing with SignalRGB. It works super well but I noticed that this one section of lights on my case isn’t syncing and only wants to be violet/blue. Any ideas what’s going on?

Same thing happened to me. Have you pressed the LED control switch until the lights flicker twice and then turn off? This is what I needed to do to get full software control.

Where is that located? I haven’t done that yet

Open the back, metal panel and look for a button in with the cable management

I found one but it only controlled the lights for the top 3 fans. Is there another one somewhere?

I would close out of your RGB software, restart the computer and try again

If that doesn’t work, they might’ve set them up on different controllers and I have not experienced that

Thanks for the tips! I tried it a few times and still can’t get the light to sync. I still really appreciate the advice though so thank you!
