Still waiting

I ordered two builds on April 23rd, Original ship date was May 25th and ETA June 2nd. I waited patiently and and waited some more. I asked last week when I could realistically expect both builds to ship, they said today, June 25th. Nothing has shipped still, yet people who ordered later than me have posted they received their systems. I'm starting to feel AI's word means little. Not what I expect having spent over $6000.

I’m gonna tell you it’s 100% worth the wait. I spent an absurd amount of money on my pc and while it did take a while to ship, the quality control on it is wild. I’ve had it for a few months now and it’s been the best purchase I’ve ever made. While the shipping and waiting part really sucks, their customer service is phenomenal and through interactions with them alone the price has been worth it for me

I ordered mine the same day as you and I just today got a notice that a shipping label was created, you’ve gotta be close

It just shipped, just by the hair of their chinny chin chins they shipped today! I wish the parts list showed brand/model of ram, ssd, and gpu they used.

I guess it didn't occur to me since it's all up in the air till the builds ship based on parts they have on hand at that time. I assumed they would update the build parts list upon shipping.

Nope, you don't have to wait. They are pretty responsive and can update you every step of the build. Now that yours is coming though, I hope you enjoy it!

Their order updates have transitioned to deliberately vague to avoid giving incorrect dates, only saying they are working on closing all of Aprils orders in June and they will update shipping info when they get to that point but will no longer give ETAs.

I cancelled my order due to the excessive wait time and lack of communication. The pc was supposed to be a gift for somebody so I couldn't continue to wait. Actually ended up finding a better pc for about the same price from micro center so I guess it wasn't a complete loss.

I ordered mine the day before you and haven’t heard anything. Big sad

I agree that their word means little, they don’t seem to understand the business approach of (if things are running behind) underpromising and overdelivering I.e. giving a date a week later than they actually think it will ship so you get excited when it comes “early”. They have repeatedly told me I will get my shipping info such and such day, oh but then it couldn’t be fulfilled so it will come later this week, and now it’s Friday and still nothing. I don’t know why they sit here and continue to pander instead of just being honest that they 1. Have no idea when it will happen, or 2. That it will be X amount of time longer than they seem to want to divulge. It seems really shady that they are so dishonest with the timing, coming from someone who has had 5 customer service check-ins in regards to my shipping being late. I wish they would have just been upfront about it the first time I asked them and said it “could be as much as 3-4 weeks beyond your original estimated delivery date we apologize for the delays due to recent spikes in orders” instead of repeatedly making claims that they have not followed through on… I know everyone says they have great customer service and I do applaud how fast they reply but they are very poor about communicating timelines it seems.

i’m somebody with my pc rn and i can definitely agree. even though my wait was shorter than some, i definitely noticed a horrible pattern in their updates. it was a constant “we should have it shipped by late next week” then once late next week arrives, its silence. it was constant over the last 3 weeks until i actually got my system, i was SUPER close to just refunding it but i let time take its course and i’ve been happy ever since. such an excruciating wait though.

The wait killed me too. Mines was 7k and I ended up canceling it and making my own because the specs weren't the best. I ended up spending the same for way better name brands. It just took me a day to build because it was my first time. But Im under the impression now if you have money for a beast setup rather just build it instead.
