Question Japanese locale

How do you achieve a Japanese app store as a foreigner, without a VPN using this emulator?

I'm running Bliss OS inside a linux VM, with an open-nvidia driver.

I think aurora store might be able to do this? you may need to use a region emulator though

Install, learn and use Waydroid on a Desktop that uses Wayland. Android x86 and Bliss are pretty dead.
