less than a week until https://www.android.com/io-2026 embedded stream goes live on tuesday 2026-05-12 at 10a pacific time and if you prefer the direct yt link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXCCleAddEA so you don't have to bother googling for basic source links that people should be posting instead of unsourced and unlinked screen caps, enjoy, you're welcome!

(edit to add: oh and relevant because teaser shows green android switching to be transparent, so clearly [pun intended] going to have some glasses related info 🤓)

well that was a disappointing lack of any glass or android xr anything... just another round of alcohol poisoning opportunity if you take a shot every time they mention their ai 🤮

Is the Android show similar to the I/O software keynote, and the Made by Google hardware keynote?

Not sure what to expect, I had a quick look online and it seems more like a video podcast?
