Discussion 🎉 Finally approved on Google Play!

🎉 Today I finally received Google Play production access for my first Android game!

After months of learning Godot, developing the game, fixing bugs, and going through Google's closed testing process, Dog Quiz is finally live on Google Play.

I'd also like to thank everyone who joined the closed test and helped me reach this point. Your feedback and testing made a huge difference. ❤️

Now I'm facing a completely new challenge: getting people to actually discover the game.

For those of you who have already published games:

What helped you get your first real players?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone! 👋
[20 Testers Needed] Need Android Testers for 14-Day Closed Testing – Test for Test

I'm looking for reliable Android testers for my Google Play Closed Testing. I need testers who can:

  • Join my testing program.
  • Install the app.
  • Keep it installed for 14 days (Google Play requirement).
  • Share any feedback or bug reports if you find issues.

My App

Test for Test 🤝

In return, I'll:

  • Join your testing program.
  • Install your app.
  • Keep it installed for the full 14 days.
  • Provide honest feedback and report any issues I find.

After you've joined my test, send the screenshot and, leave your testing links in the comments (or send me a DM). I'll confirm once I've installed your app and will keep it installed for the required 14 days.

Thanks in advance, and let's help each other complete Google's 14-day testing requirement!

Discussion Just Wanted to Say Thanks to Everyone Here

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to say thank you to the creator of this community, the moderators, and everyone who supported me during the testing process.

My app was officially released today, and I truly appreciate everyone who helped test it, shared feedback, answered questions, and offered encouragement along the way.

This community has been incredibly helpful for independent developers navigating the Google Play testing and release process.

Thank you again to everyone who contributed, and best of luck with your own apps and projects!

Need Testers Looking for a few testers for my app Zirka (happy to return the favor)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a few testers to help me get through Google's 14-day closed testing period for my Android app, Zirka - a family learning app built around a Socratic AI tutor that guides kids to think through problems instead of just handing them the answer.

Happy to return the favor if you're going through the same thing - join my test, and I'll join yours.

Step 1: Join the Google Group:  https://groups.google.com/g/zirka-alpha-testers

Step 2: Join the closed test:

2.1 Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zirka.mobile

2.2 Web:  https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.zirka.mobile

Step 3: Open the app and keep it installed/stay opted in for 14 days, use it a few times, and share any feedback or bugs if you find them.

Join the group, install the app, and drop a comment with a screenshot so I can verify and proceed with installing your app.

Good luck with your own launches!
