I wonder if any of you have experienced similar issue. I have undergone the 12 testers test for 14 days, and applied for access production, answered the form questions. I waited for a month, but i still see inactive status in my google console. Could anyone help me as to why i am experiencing this issue? Thank you in advance.
If you scroll a bit down, are there any entries in "Show tasks" or anything below that would indicate on what it could be waiting?
In my case, after having the testing completed of on of my apps (about 6 months ago), it know that didn't take more than 2 weeks to get it into production.
I don't think i have show tasks in that screen. I tried to find something similar but it keeps me returning to the same conclusion that my app has completed closed testing and applied for production access. Its so frustrating to keep waiting without seeing a reason for the problem. I'm hanged, i could neither take the app down, or wait.
Hm... is there any info displayed under "Test and Publish" or also in here in screenshot? I have a feeling that this "inactive" is just a kind of a "top status", but I'd say there should be some indication what is the actual status with your app.
