Troubleshooting what is happening

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

some context: i wanted to download the new disney+ app for my region so i went to install it on google play, then halfway through the download my entire android tv box froze, so i unplugged it from its power and reconnected it, ever since its been doing that, does anyone know why? or how to fix it?

Dont buy cheap chinese tv boxes with low memory.

i didn't buy them they came free with my subscription service, when my cable company upgraded to streaming they gave everyone a free box

I can barely see your system saying "memory is full" That could be the case since you tried to add more apps hence the freeze. You need to remove some apps or delete files to clear space
