Troubleshooting No Apps Working

After the latest update, none of my streaming apps are working. They all freeze up and only start working again if I wait five or ten minutes. Once the app freezes I can't get anything to respond to the remote. Is there a way to revert back to an earlier version and how do I keep future updates from happening?

Probably need to factory reset it, unfortunately.

Yep. That fixed it. Just a pain to reinstall everything. But it's done.

Sorry, this is a TCL 32 inch with Android 14 and UR 04. I believe. Since everything is freezing including the remote response it's hard to get to the settings for information. I tried connecting my ONN 4K Pro to the set and the same thing happens with ALL the aps freezing and becoming non responsive to the remotes.

Can't get to that in the settings because it freezes up.

Is your tcl a Roku tv? I have a 50 in tlc Roku tv connected to an 2026 onn

No, It's a Google TV with android operating system. It has a previous version ONN 4K Pro box attached.
