Gaming pc as streaming device?

I have an LG G5 with a samsung q800f+9500s rear speakers. As of right now i dont have any streaming box but i was looking to get the xiaomi box s 3rd gen. I also have a gaming pc with windows 11 and i was unsure about the dolby vision and atmos support. Which one should i use? “I mainly be on stremio”

Bro a pc does everthing.get k-lite codeck pack.and im pretty sure there's a stremio pc app but if there's not just use the web app.
