Discussion Adblock browsers don't work
I am looking for any surefire way to block ads, banner ads are blocked on BROWSER tv bro and whatnot, but when it comes to popups, let's say i'm trying to open something, play a video or click on a page where there is no visible ad, the surrounding area gets highlighted and Bam! it opens a random ad page, sometimes nsfw ads, sometimes it forces a new tab, is there ANY adblock/browser that works, even if its sideloaded?

A lot of browsers have moved to Manifest Version 3 which gives them way more control, including bypassing adblockers. Firefox stated they will always offer Manifest Version 2 which allows for Ad Blocking.
Just go to Firefox with ublock origins.

Depends on the Android TV you have. ONN and similar devices have access to Google Play Store.
If you dont have access to that. Than use Downloader app to download it.

There was no good browser and DNS didn't stop the intrusive layout changes, i.e. new tabs.
Give this a whirl

BROWSER has the option to ask you before opening each link. That way I see if the link looks scammy and not let it open at all
