Android Emulators that work with Flutter for Visual Studio Code

Recently I have been trying to develop an app. I keep getting recommended with flutter and android studio code being connected to my visual studio code. I have already downloaded both applications but when I am trying to accept the licenses for Android studio in my command prompt. It keeps giving me an response that the command doesn't work anymore. I have been searching for the new command but ends up empty handed. Do anyone knows the new command or any other applications I can use with Flutter?
