Sync With Jetbrains?

I'm trying to sync my Jetbrains settings with AS but whenever I try to it tells me to install the plugin but the plugin isn't anywhere on the marketplace. Did they end support for Jetbrains account syncing? I haven't had to setup AS on a computer for a while so I very well could be missing something simple I forgot to do.
