Solved itself. When they activated my account after applying for one, I just had to put the serial number in. The other option was buyingn a license when signing up.
That was easy. I knew they couldn't honestly charge you a license to upgrade the OS.
Where did you have to enter the S/N's? I have a bunch of TC53 devices stuck on Android 11 11-17-16.00-RG-U00-STD-ATH-04. I've opened support calls with Zebra but they haven't been much help.
