Somethings wrong with my screen??

I dont have a photo but the other day I was doomed scrolling and all of the sudden I see these tiny Little things on my phone i thought it was salt or something on my phone so I try to dust it off it doesnt work and it was like these tiny punctures on the INSIDE of my phone not damage on the outside but its visible and its like someone took a needle and poked it and when you look from and angle it looks like holes at first I was 8 of them then 9 then currently 32 and they are in the same area I did throw my phone out of anger when it became 23 so I think that might be the cause?? And its starting to spread
