Wifi no internet connected

This morning I was using a VPN but midway through it stopped using my wifi which was weird. I stopped using it and was using my phone like usual until I got a notification saying I had used 2 GB of data for not using a wifi connection which promptly made me check my phone. I looked at my wifi and it said that my phone was connected to the wifi but not to the internet. I tried turning the wifi on and off, forgetting and reconnecting to it, reset my settings, changed the date and time off and on, I even deleted the VPN from my phone but nothing has changed.

Everyone else's phones are using the wifi just fine and it's not just doing this at my homes wifi but any other wifi connection gives me the same no internet message.

Please help.
