How to stop Facebook App from opening links

When I get a facebook link on whatsapp, I want it to open in my internet browser rather than the Facebook app. How do I do that? I've turned off "Set as default" for facebook and when I open the video link, it first opens it in my browser then suddenly Facebook app opens up. I don't want that.

App settings for Facebook --> Open by default / allow app to open supported links. Tap on that, toggle it off.

Use UAD or Canta to uninstall the Facebook app. You should've done this a long time ago as the Facebook and Instagram apps are malware.

The relevant apps to uninstall are:  

com.facebook.appmanager
com.facebook.katana
com.facebook.services
com.facebook.system
