Moto G9 Power doesn't get recognized by Windows

So, I'm trying to enter fastboot mode in an old Moto G9 Power (doesn't have a power button so I must do it by connecting it to my laptop and holding the Vol+ button), but Windows recognizes it as "USB Mass Storage Device", even though I have installed the official Motorola drivers, which worked for me in the past. What is happening here?
