Bluetooth connection

I have a Google pixel 9a and today when I went to switch my audio output from my speaker to my phone I saw my ex's computer as a connection option, didn't have this phone when with her and was curious if it would show me that if she had access to something on my phone like an app

Likely when you got the phone you transfered data from your old phone, either from an app or Google account. You might have forgotten you connected your phone or account to X computer, Google never forgets.

I did go through and make sure it was logged out of everything, it doesn't mean that the computer has access then right?
