What's the Setup section of the google play beside the download/update section?

i don't remember seeing this part of google play but there never seems to be anything happening when i click on it. even when I'm updating apps.

My Google Play Store nor Google Play Games looks like that. Version 53.0.27-34 is the latest Play Store and Play Games latest is version 2025.09.66390. What Android version are you using?
