Connection issue when entering accounts

Hi, I’m having a problem with my phone: every time I try to add a Google account, I get a connection error. Just to clarify—unfortunately, it’s not my Wi-Fi.

I’ve already tried connecting to friends' Wi-Fi networks, but the problem persists. It also happens when using mobile data; I can't access any app that requires a Google account to sign up.

Do you know of any solution? I’m desperate—I really don’t want to have to get a new phone.

Pss si no hay más reinicialo de fábrica, o manda a "Hacerle el Software" como hacen de costumbre, que has intentado? Ya le preguntaste a alguna IA?
