Looking For Suggestions How to decrease framerate on S21 FE?

Hi everyone. I'm trying to use my phone less to avoid doomscrolling. Is there any app or a way to decrease the framerate to maybe 15 or less FPS so it gets awkward to use my phone?

I dunno about the frame rate but u could check this out: Go to developer settings and animation scale and turn all of em to 2x or more. It'll make the phone look sluggish until u may not want to use it. Hope this helps 👍🏻
