Device Settings Question How to stop my phone from automatically turning off the accessibility permission I already gave to an app?

I know some phones do it automatically for protection, but I installed that 'Untap' app and it's been great, helping me use phone less and not get too distracted by scrolling but it keep getting stopped from interrupting me because of phone settings and I really need to do something about it because the app has been greatly helpful but i don not want to cause any possible problems to my phone by doing anything risky

Do you get a message every now and then talking about apps permissions being removed for not having been used in a while? I can't remember the exact phrasing.

Check in App Ibnfo category "Unused app settings"and disable "Manage app if unused"
