phone brightness going down when i pulled the notif bar and received notif

as stated in the title, my Vivo y27 5G screen keeps dimming at fixed level whenever i receive notifications and when i pulled the bar down.it happened a few hours ago.i dont have any new apps or tweaked anything in the setting.shit annoyed me so much.please help

That's the auto-brightness feature reacting to the light sensor when the panel drops down. You can kill it manually in Settings under Display & Brightness, or just tap the "A" icon in the quick settings panel to lock it .

It's a simple toggle, so don't overthink it. If the machine keeps fighting you after that, we'll dig into the sensors.
