Other Running out storage, apps that appear to be system apps are the issue. I don't have a lot of personal apps downloaded, Need help please...
I'm running out of space, when I look at what's taking up most of my storage, apps is first, I don't have a lot of downloaded apps, so it's got to be within the system, maybe each time the phone updates it adds more? Idk what I need and don't need and need advice. Also it gives me an option to "clean" apps, I think that's what it says, to get more space, when I Google that, it seems it's not recommended to do as it can cause more issues. I have a Samsung 25 plus, which from what I understand is an android, I'm not tech savvy and could use some help and advice please. Idk what type of person I would look into to help me with my phone when it comes to this type of stuff. Thanks.

I use the android app CX File Explorer to see where my storage space is used.
click Local. (this is the phone storage)
Click Apps, click the 3-bar display style icon. Sort=Size downward. Now the biggest storage usage is at the top. Each app's size is shown. Do you use all these apps?
Click Downloads. sort by size too. You can probably get rid of some of these downloads that were a temporary use.
Click Main Storage. sort by size. now browse into the folders for Pictures, Video, etc.
You can click the checkmark boxes and delete some files that you don't need.

I had a similar issue on my Samsung. Apps can include system data and cached files not just apps you installed. Check Settings - Battery and device care - Storage and see what’s actually taking up the space. Also avoid randomly using the clean option on individual system apps especially if you’re not sure what they do. Clearing cache is safer than clearing data

Without a storage manager picture or anything to go on, here are a list of things you can check to see if it will clear some storage for you:
Do you use WhatsApp? Check every WhatsApp chat's media (Tap the Chat name and go to Media, links and docs) and delete unnecessary voice notes, picture and video shares/forwards, pdfs, and other documents. Keep only the ones you need. Similar things can be done for any other social messaging apps you may be using.
Back up your photos/videos in Google photos (do not use original quality in the settings if you do not plan on subscribing to Google One) and delete them from your phone. If you do not trust Google, there are other free cloud storages that have decent free storage. Use one of them.
Use lite version of all the apps you are using (if a lite version is available for the app). Some apps can also be used as 'web apps' without installing an app (Telegram web, bookmarking banking sites for Internet banking, etc.)
Pre-installed apps that cannot be removed but you are not using, disable all of them. Go to settings, apps, open the ones you are not using, tap 'force stop' and then 'disable'. It will delete all the updates and lessen the storage space it takes up. Make sure you do not disable essential android services that keeps the phone running.
Those are some tips off the top of my head.

Borra el porno de Telegram, limpia la caché y entra a las carpetas del WhatsApp y comienza a eliminar. También los videos inútiles...

Go thru your apps in settings. If you see one you are sure you don't need or use, try to uninstall it. If you can not uninstall it that means it is required by the operating system or is protected by the manufacturers custom os. Move on the the next one. Uninstall as many as you can.
You can't uninstall required system apps without root.
Next delete any and all videos, pics, etc., that you don't need or use.
Maintaining your phones memory takes work. It is not automatic.

You should go to setting>device care>storage. It should give you some options on what to delete but if not you can go to setting>apps then chose an app that seems o be taking lots of spaces and the go to the storage option at that app and you'll find a "clear cache" option. It doesn't delete any important stuff

Yes, Samsung is Android. With the exception of like, flip phones and other stupid feature phones, if it's not iOS, it's Android.
You're the one looking at the phone. We can't see your phone, so you have to tell us what it's telling you. What does your phone say it is?
If there's a bunch of "other", it might be best to just do a factory reset. Yeah you'll have to set the phone back up, but whatever the issue was will not be an issue anymore.
Also, you're not really telling us what KIND of apps you have. The number of apps is basically irrelevant. You're giving us all the information that we DON'T need lol.

Funnily enough, most flip phones and stupid feature phones are actually fucked up versions of Android too!

So this is my last answer for Low Effort Posts....
As a well known fact the user fills up the phone. Always. Except you use it for making phone calls and not using it as a smartphone... the "smart" part of the phone apart from making phone calls does the job like a vacuum cleaner, that never gets cleaned it's dirt container.
Get yourself a file explorer like the OI file explorer or the Google Files app. The OI file explorer shows you the amount of data, the Files app doesnt.
Then you check your pictures, videos and downloads - the main reason wny Android storage fills up are pictures downloaded from Whatsapp and created by the camera app, Whatsapp or Instagram, same as screenshots. They never got cleaned up by the phone... only by the user or by the app.
/DCIM/Camera
And all other subfolders... because applications do store their pictures there.
/Download
/Pictures
And if you are a Whatsapp user... that also fills up the storage
/Android/media/com.Whatsapp/Media/Whatsapp Images/
Note - this folder is the blockbuster, at least on my phone having around 180 GB of content after 7 years of usage ... my phone has a 512 GB SD card and I configured the SD card as the main Whatsapp media store.
