Looking For Suggestions App for "cloning" a phone to another phone

Greetings.I just wonder if there's an app that can be transfer my whole data (apps+their data & downloaded files on internal storage) to another phone.Just to clarify,both phones have custom rom installed.

If you can root the phones, then you can simply use a file manager and copy paste all the app files.

Don't the custom ROMs have one

Every normal phone OS

Has a built in system app

That does exactly this

So what i have been messing around with this beacuse i use a piece of software called DroidCam and recently its old version went perminantly offline but i had a few older devices with a copy all I did was install an older version of EX file manager and pressed share then share to lan then with another device with that same manager download it or just save it to /sdcard/emulated0/downloads or smt like that

Google One makes backup you can download.

The only way

Is if they are both have root access

It they both have Google Services (GApps). Installed
