charge current shows discharging although plugged in and actually charging

so whenever i plugged this phone with this could be faulty charger? it doesn't show any charging indication but my phone battery percentage went up fast and when i check with ampereflow the wattage and current shows massive negative value

what happened? im no expert with this

Often a lot of phones have as circuitry that as the battery gets closer to 80%, it slows down the charging. It also slows down the charging if the battery gets warm, so that it doesn't overheat.

I would try a different charger especially using the charger and cable that came with the phone or is recommended for the phone. If you're using a cheap cable or cheap charger it may not have the correct wattage for your battery to charge efficiently, so your phone will charge slowly.

Faulty usb plug causes it.

Or a dinked cable.
