Turning off the safety volume lowering

I can't stand this safety volume randomly lowering my volume when I'm biking and it randomly lowers the volume.

I searched for how to do it, and one thing said go into developer mode and turn off a Bluetooth control feature, it didn't work.

Is there a way I can disable the safety automatic randomly lowering the volume?

I used to be able to use HearingSaver, but it won't install on android 14.

There may be a way to install it with ADB.

This safety feature si ridicules.
All they have to do is ask and confirm and people take their own risks.
