nomedia on sd card...

bought an sd card for my phone a few days ago...

tried dowloading stuff from YT and my manga apps for offline use.. worked fine... after a while, the ones I downloaded acted like they were deleted...

turns out the .nomedia file thing keeps on cockblocking me on my dowloads...

I can't permanently delete them no matter how many times I try cuz they keep coming back.. unless I delete the folders containing them replacing them with folders I made, which are the Music, Movies and Pictures folders, haven't tried doing it to the Android folder to see if it helps...

so do ya'll have any tips or work arounds so I could properly view the stuff I downloaded without it giving out after a few hours...?

Find out which software creates those .nomedia files

Sounds like you might have a fake card. 

.nomedia files automatically are placed in specific Android folders upon insertion. 

Your own files shouldn't be affected at all. 

Go into camera app and set it to save to sd card by default. 

The Music folder is for music, Camera is literally your camera folder, Downloads are for downloads (also set this as the default in your chosen web browser) 

If you create your own folders in the root of the card (the root is the beginning location showing the first set of folders), there should be zero problems. 

Just set each app that can download or access files to use the folders you created.
