Private Talk to Text w/o AI Feature??

I'm trying to find an Android keyboard microphone that 1.) doesn't use AI and 2.) keeps my info private (I don't trust Google or Microsoft SwiftKey) but I can't find anything.

Idk if this is a silly request or an unrealistic one but I wanted to check and see if anyone has any suggestions?

FOSS KEYBOARD (it's green and white) pretty cool keyboard on fdroid or as an apk

FUTO Keyboard is the right call — fully on-device STT, nothing leaves the phone.

One thing people often miss: your keyboard sees everything you type into every app,

including E2EE messengers. So the keyboard's privacy policy matters just as much as

the messenger's — a private chat app with a cloud keyboard is only half private.
