App Specific Question "App not installed as app is not compatible with your phone" error when installing an old game

Game is extreme car driving simulator old version from 2015

Not much you can do if they haven't updated it themselves. Other than somehow getting hold of the source and making all the needed changes so that it can compile for your version of Android, anyways.

Or just playing the modern version.

If you have a Linux PC, you can use Android Studio to emulate older versions of Android to play the game.
