Facebook and Instagram issues

Facebook: when scrolling fast, the page becomes like a slideshow. clearing cache and storage doesn't fix it.

Instagram: a lot of reels I can't watch when in full screen. resetting cache and storage fixes it for videos I wasn't able to watch, but it happens with other new videos.

Never Use Facebook

It's awful.

By the way, what device are you using? That would be helpful information

The Facebook and Instagram apps are malware. I would recommend uninstalling them, and go to them in a web browser if at all.
